ABOUT THE ACADEMY

Catch 22 Academy was founded in 2007 and is based in Tottenham, north London. We offer a 14-week Introduction to Multimedia Journalism Training Programme, twice a year. The training programme is open to young adults aged 18-30 who are seeking a bridge into journalism.

We work in partnership with more than 10 of the best media organisations in the UK to provide a learning by doing experience, taught by leading industry professionals. 

Our primary aim is concerned with helping those who are less socially mobile to fulfill their journalistic aspirations. We also charge ourselves with a commitment to help improve diversity within the media industry.
